ROTAN — Return & Refund Policy
At ROTAN, your satisfaction matters to us. Because many of our products are beauty and personal-care items, our return policy is built with hygiene and safety in mind.
Hygiene — non-returnable items For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used: all eyelash curlers (PRO, Mini, and Color Collection) and the Diamond Revolution Blender. These products come into direct contact with your eyes, skin, and face, so we're unable to accept them back.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at rotancustomer@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund — and for hygiene items, you won't need to ship anything back.
Returnable items (non-beauty) Items such as phone grips and hair bows may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at rotancustomer@gmail.com. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted. Returns should be sent to: Mississauga, ON, Canada (request full address)
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return your eligible item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification. Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Please note: for hygiene reasons, sealed personal-care and beauty items that have been unsealed after delivery are not eligible for return, in line with EU consumer law.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at rotancustomer@gmail.com.
