ROTAN — Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ROTAN! Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to you.

Order processing Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Where we ship We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select countries in the European Union. If your location isn't available at checkout, we may not ship there yet.

Shipping rates & delivery times Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Estimated delivery times after processing: • Canada: [3–8] business days • United States: [5–12] business days • International / EU: [7–20] business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customs, duties & import taxes (international orders)

United States: Good news — any applicable import duties and customs fees are already included and covered by ROTAN. You won't pay any extra charges on delivery.

All other international orders (including the European Union): You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your local customs office, are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and are the customer's responsibility. ROTAN is unable to predict, control, or refund these fees. Please review your country's import rules before ordering. Packages refused due to customs charges do not qualify for a refund of shipping costs.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Lost, delayed, or stuck packages Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We're not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing time, or events beyond our control. If your package seems lost or stuck, contact us at rotancustomer@gmail.com and we'll help you track it down.

Wrong or incomplete addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to a wrong address, reshipping costs may apply.
